2. Custom Orders (Bespoke Services)

​All custom garments are made to order and require a consultation process.

  • Orders are confirmed only once agreed in writing and a deposit is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of each piece.

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity.

  • Clients are responsible for attending fittings and providing accurate information.

KAREN MONK KLIJNSTRA is not responsible for delays caused by client unavailability or late approvals.

3. Online Store

  • All items are subject to availability.

  • Each piece is produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

  • Colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen display differences and the nature of materials used.
     

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the garments, returns may be limited. Please refer to the return policy provided at purchase.

4. Courses & Classes

  • Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellations may be subject to fees or non-refund depending on notice period.
     

KAREN MONK KLIJNSTRA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes if necessary.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments must be made through approved methods as provided on the website or via direct communication.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including designs, images, text, branding and logos, remains the property of KAREN MONK KLIJNSTRA.
